NOTE: The information given below refers to the Festival set-up. These details, especially the quantities of luminaires available, may not coincide exactly with the Spa Pavilion's Technical Rider which will have been sent to you as part of your Technical Pack. If you are in any doubt about what is available or what is not please ask.
If you have competed in the festival within the last five years the Spa Pavilion lighting rig will not have changed significantly. However, for the benefit of new teams and as a reminder to our regular ones, the basic details are given below.

The use of soft-patching means that the numbers shown above refer to the channel numbers on the lighting desk, not necessarily to the number of the physical dimmer which will be used.
Also, no guarantee is given that the equipment or the circuit numbers listed above will be in the exact location shown. If you need a circuit(s) in a particular location or you must have a specific luminaire for your
production it is worth checking with the theatre's Technical manager, Roger Miller. You are of course welcome to bring the lighting equipment you need with you - suitably tested for electrical
safety of course!

The stage and technical management of the festival is looked after by Roger Miller, the Spa Pavilion's Technical Manager. Details of your particular staging requirements, including permission for special effects such as pyrotechnics, and details of your set and drapes should be discussed directly with Roger on 01394 288053 as early as possible to avoid any problems or surprises on your performance day. On the day of your performance it may not be possible to provide any requirements which have not been communicated to Roger IN ADVANCE.
